J’observe les ajustements du coeur dans la respiration qui me meut,

Observing the adjustments of the heart

in the breathing that moves me,

………le sens de la joie palpitant au fond du coeur, immuable, 

au sein du chaos, de l’impermanence et des renaissances

et ce flot de sang, d’eau, d’air et de conscience qui me révèle à moi-même

dans l’expérience de la durée.

Naviguant sous la coulée du temps, 

j’ouvre un fleuve-ciel aux horizons ouverts

dans lequel je m’envole.

……feeling the sense of joy pulsating in the depth of my heart, immutable,

among chaos, impermanence and rebirths

and the flow of blood, water, air and consciousness running through me

in the experience of duration,

I navigate under the stream of time, 

opening a river-sky with its open horizons

where I take flight.
